When will I receive my order?
We generally ship In-Stock items in 3 – 5 business days from date of order. Everything else is custom made specifically for you when you place your order and typically ships in 3 – 4 weeks. Delivery time may be affected by availability of materials needed for your piece. If anything unusual happens that could cause a delay we will contact you.
It takes time to handcraft a piece of quality, precious jewelry, so please allow for this lead time if you are planning to purchase something for a specific event. Please contact us with any specific needs you have.
How can I order a different color, or length, or clasp?
At this time special orders cannot be placed through the website but you can order by contacting us. Special orders may require a non-refundable deposit and may not be returnable depending on the nature of the item. We will discuss all that with you when you contact us. Together we will create something gorgeous you’ll treasure always!
Will My Piece Look Exactly Like the One Pictured on the Website?
No – – not exactly. Handcrafted jewelry is made one at a time and will have variations and marks left by the jeweler’s hands. We use natural gemstones and every single one is unique. The colors, markings and patterns in the stones will not look exactly like the ones in the picture but the quality of the gem will be substantially the same. If you have specific preferences, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
What if I Don't Like It?
We hope you love your new jewelry and enjoy wearing it for years to come! But, if you’re not thrilled with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a refund less shipping costs (except for custom orders) provided you follow the steps in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
What if I break or lose a piece?
Your jewelry is made of precious metals and gemstones and will stand up to normal wear if you follow the care instructions provided. If something does go wrong, however, contact us right away. More than likely we’ll be able to repair or replace it, assuming the stones are still available. Repair or replacement costs will be determined on an individual basis.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Sterling Silver tarnishes with time and exposure to various chemicals in the environment such as creams, perfumes, oils, hairsprays, salt water, and chlorine. Argentium® Sterling Silver and other Tarnish-Resistant Sterling Silvers may take longer, but will still show signs of tarnish eventually. And actually, 14kt gold will tarnish a little too, it’s just much less noticeable.
You can minimize tarnish by wearing the jewelry regularly and polishing it occasionally with a polishing cloth. If the item is textured, such as our WEAR IT WELL earrings, the tarnish may be hard to remove from within the tiny crevices. Sometimes that actually looks good! But you can use a silver cleaning solution to clean it out if you wish. Just use it very briefly – never leave any jewelry in a solution “to soak” as it may damage the surface or stones.
BIG NOTE: If the jewelry has stones or pearls on it, Do Not use a cleaning solution unless it clearly states it’s for use with those kinds of stones and pearls. Putting the jewelry into an ultrasonic cleaner or using steam is also extremely risky and should not be used as many gemstones cannot take heat or vibrations. Instead, we recommend using an ionic cleaner to remove tarnish or simply washing gently in luke-warm soapy water and drying gently with a soft cloth.

How can I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are currently not available through the website, but you can contact us to place your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay using PayPal or your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.) You do NOT need to have a PayPal account and you are not required to open one. Because we use PayPal to process the payments, they will ask you if you want to open an account. Just say “no” and proceed to the next step of the checkout process where you will enter your credit card information.
You also can pay using your Amazon.com account. When checking out, just click on the “Pay with Amazon” button. A window will open asking you to login to your Amazon account and your transaction will be processed according to the payment methods you have established with Amazon.
What are my shipping options?
We ship all packages via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages are fully insured and a signature will be required for delivery.

Can I buy from you if I live outside the United States?
YES! However, at this time, orders placed through the website can only be shipped within the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. For international shipping please contact us. You will be responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes imposed by customs.
Why are dimensions and weights always given as approximate values?
In our product descriptions we give approximate weights and dimensions for each piece. For example, we say, “the necklace is approximately 16″ long” or, “the gems average approximately 10mm x 8mm.” This is because we use natural stones and beads and none are exactly the same. We try to match the sizes so if we want to make a 16″ necklace it will come out as close to 16″ as possible, but we can’t guarantee it will be exact.
