Shipping and Returns


We generally ship In-Stock items in 3 – 5 business days from date of order.   Everything else is made-to-order specifically for you when you place your order and typically ships in 3 – 4 weeks.  We cannot guarantee a ship date because completion of your order is dependant upon availability of materials needed for your piece.  If anything unusual happens that could cause a delay we will contact you.

It takes time to handcraft a piece of quality, precious jewelry, so please allow for this lead time if you are planning to purchase something for a specific event.  Please contact us with any specific needs you have and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We ship all packages via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages are fully insured and a signature will be required for delivery.

We hope you love your new jewelry and enjoy wearing it for years to come!  But, if you’re not thrilled with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a refund less shipping costs (except for custom orders) provided you follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise and request a Return Authorization Number.  No refund or exchange will be granted without a Return Authorization Number.
  2. The merchandise must be returned in its new, un-worn condition, with original packaging and original receipt. 
  3. Jewelry returned with signs of wear will be returned to purchaser and no refund will be given.
  4. Package the item securely (so it doesn’t rattle around inside) in a hard sided box (no padded envelopes or gift boxes) and write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.  It is strongly recommended that you insure the package for the full value of its contents and ship it using a trackable shipping method.  Nan Lewis Jewelry is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit prior to our receipt.
  5. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  6. You must ship your return back to us within 5 business days of receipt, no exceptions.

  7. A refund of the purchase price less shipping will be issued when the merchandise is received and accepted by Nan Lewis Jewelry.
  8. Please allow 5-10 business days from when we receive your item for your refund to post to your account.
  9. All Special/Custom Orders are final sale.
